At the Anayela we enjoy all senses. And tasting is a very important one to us. So do you want to know the secrets of Moroccan cuisine? Then take a cooking class with our famous chef Khadija (she was featured in cooks books and the best cooking magazines like La Tavola or Der Feinschmecker). Moroccan recipes are transmitted from mother to daughter and Moroccan cuisine is by essence a family tradition. It explains how Moroccan dishes kept their genuine character. Learn about how mixing the spices is part of the culinary art: saffron, ginger, coriander, paprika, cloves, cumin, cinnamon, pepper or tumeric are among the most used. Some mixes such as zahtar or ras el hanut date back to the most ancient times. A cooking class takes 4-6 hours and you will have the opportunity to enjoy your home made food at the end!
